Our Smoked White King Salmon comes in a 4 oz can, with 3.5 oz of delicious product inside. It’s seasoned with brown sugar, sea salt, garlic powder, and black pepper, making it ready to eat straight from the can or used in your favourite recipe. All of our cans feature a pop-top lid, so you can enjoy it on the go. Each can contains 20g of protein, making it a great option for a quick, nourishing meal or snack.

 

White King Salmon, also known as Ivory King Salmon, is an exceptionally rare and highly sought-after variety of King Salmon. Only a small percentage of King Salmon are naturally white-fleshed, making this a true delicacy. It is prized for its luxuriously rich, buttery flavour, high fat content, and delicate, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

 

All of our wild salmon is caught using the hook-and-line trolling method in the waters of Southeast Alaska, off the island of Prince of Wales. Each fish is caught with care and respect by Captain Bear and his family aboard the fishing vessel Julie Kristine. Our fish is then personally transported by the captain to Wildfish Cannery in Klawock, Alaska. Once canned, we hand-package and ship every order with care — from our family to yours.
